Description Short-term modification of total dissolved gas criteria in the Snake and Columbia Rivers; The purpose of the EIS is to evaluate the risks of adjusting the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 173-201A-200(1)(f) total dissolved gas (TDG) criteria to allow more spill in the Snake and Columbia rivers.
