Description This report revises the Washington State Implementation Plan (SIP) as proposed by the Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency (SRCAA). The revision updates new source review and general air quality regulations, including updating portions of the SRCAA's Regulation I currently in the SIP, adds portions of Regulation I to the SIP, removes a repealed regulation (Regulation II, Section 4.01), and updates the WACs that SRCAA adopts by reference. This SIP revision is applicable in SRCAA’s jurisdiction of Spokane County.
