Description If you are a large quantity generator that operates a dangerous waste tank system to manage waste, you must comply with WAC 173-303-200(4). This includes, but is not limited to, developing and following a schedule and procedure to inspect overfill controls and inspecting your system every day.

You may use the example in this publication to create a daily tank inspection log. You must have a written or electronic record of all your inspections.
