Description Ecology developed this public participation plan in cooperation with the International Paper Company and the Port of Longview. This plan is for the Maintenance Facility Area (MFA), located on a portion of parcels 6161401 and 10171 at the Port of Longview, WA 98632.

This plan describes how we involve the public in contamination investigations and select cleanup activities during the corrective action process.
