Description In 2019, Chapter 70.375 Revised Code of Washington was enacted, creating a paint product stewardship program. This policy document was created to provide clarity around how the state's solid waste and dangerous waste regulations would be applied to the program operations.
The mission of the Department of Ecology is to protect, preserve, and enhance Washington’s environment. To help us meet that goal, please consider the environment before you print or request a copy.
