Description | The legislature created a new Title 70A Revised Code of Washington (RCW) in the 2020 session (Substitute House Bill 2246). Title 70 RCW used to contain 157 chapters of both environmental and public health and safety laws. The new Title 70A contains all the environmental health and safety laws. Public health and safety chapters remain under Title 70. | ||||
