| Description | A draft of the proposed amendment to chapter 173-501 WAC was published in November 2019, along with a draft Rule Supporting Document (RSD). Comments were accepted between 11/17/2019 – 1/17/2020. This Final RSD was prepared in order to address how Ecology meets the requirements of RCW 90.94.020 through a limited amendment to the WRIA 1 rule (chapter 173-501 WAC) and through this RSD. Ecology used the feedback received from the draft RSD to inform the development of the final rule amendment language and the final RSD | ||||
