Description The Streamflow Restoration law (Engrossed Substitute Senate Bill 6091 and codified as Revised Code of Washington [RCW] 90.94) took effect on January 19, 2018 to help restore streamflows to levels necessary to support robust, healthy, and sustainable salmon populations while providing water for homes in rural Washington State. This report intends to update the legislature on the
Department of Ecology’s implementation of the law.
The mission of the Department of Ecology is to protect, preserve, and enhance Washington’s environment. To help us meet that goal, please consider the environment before you print or request a copy.
