Description These grants are available to Local Clean Air Agencies (LCAAs) and Department of Ecology (Ecology) regional offices (where no LCAA exists) for projects that support woodsmoke reduction efforts through the use of financial incentives to recycle and replace older, uncertified wood-burning home heat devices.
