Description This addendum describes our study design for assessing the groundwater pathway. We will collect and analyze per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in groundwater samples from the lake shoreline near the groundwater/surface water interface. We will sample at selected locations once, during April 2021. This sampling is intended to provide a preliminary screening of PFAS concentrations in groundwater discharging to Lake Washington.
