Description The WA state biosolids program implements the biosolids management rules in chapter 173-308 WAC via a statewide general permit that all applicable facilities must apply for coverage under. The general permit contains minimum requirements that all biosolids facilities must meet, while also allowing Ecology to establish additional or more stringent requirements as a condition of final approval of coverage.
