Description This 2021 bioretention report provides information on new alternative bioretention soil mix (BSM) that can be used in locations near phosphorus-sensitive waterbodies. This report provides the specifications for the new BSM, treatment performance of the new BSM, and the regulatory status in the municipal stormwater NPDES permit program.
