|Description||The Deschutes (WRIA 13) Watershed Restoration and Enhancement plan estimates the potential consumptive impacts of new permit-exempt domestic groundwater withdrawals on instream flows over 20 years (2018-2038) and identifies projects and actions to offset those impacts and provide a net ecological benefit to the watershed (WRIA 13). Ecology is sharing this draft plan with the Recreation and Conservation Office (RCO) for their technical review, prior to finalization.|
