Description This guidance contains EAGL instructions, tips, and screenshots that help you fill out your application for the Washington state’s Office of Columbia River-Columbia River Basin Water Management opportunity for the 2023–25 biennium.

Funding opportunities are undertaken pursuant to the provisions of the Chapter 90.90 RCW. To respond to the legislative directive, OCR, in coordination with stakeholders, develops and pursues implementation of a suite of water supply development projects that are vetted with the Columbia River Policy Advisory Group, a broad based stakeholder group.
