Description *This guidance is specific to Washington state’s Office of Columbia River-Columbia River Basin Water Management opportunity for the 2023–25 biennium.*

Funding opportunities are undertaken pursuant to the provisions of the Chapter 90.90 RCW. To respond to the legislative directive, OCR, in coordination with stakeholders, develops and pursues implementation of a suite of water supply development projects that are vetted with the Columbia River Policy Advisory Group, a broad based stakeholder group.
The document explains the policies and expectations when people are applying for grants, meeting Office of Columbia River requirements, and managing funded projects.
