Description This report presents the determinations made by the Washington State Department of Ecology, as required under Chapters 34.05 RCW and 19.85 RCW, for the proposed amendments to the Accreditation of Environmental Laboratories rule (Chapter 173-50 WAC; the “rule”). This includes the:

• Least-Burdensome Alternative Analysis (LBA)
• Administrative Procedure Act Determinations
• Regulatory Fairness Act Compliance
