| Description | This document is the Environmental Assessment Program (EAP), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for manually measuring well depth and static depth-to-water (water level) using an electric-tape, steel-tape or existing air-line in resource protection (monitoring) wells, upland piezometers, or water supply wells. The procedure covers the collection of well site information, establishing a permanent measuring point from which to take the measurements, water level equipment maintenance and calibration, data collection and quality, and record management. | ||||
