Description | In 2021, the Washington State Legislature passed the “Recycling, waste, and litter reduction” bill, chapter 70A.245 RCW, to reduce the impact of single-use plastic and expanded polystyrene products. This bill also supports the increased use of post-consumer recycled content or PCRC, in plastic packaging. | ||||
