|Description||This report presents the determinations made by the Washington State Department of Ecology as required under Chapters 34.05 and 19.85 RCW, for the proposed amendments to the following rules:
• Facility Oil Handling Standards (Chapter 173-180 WAC), and
• Vessel Oil Transfer Advance Notice and Containment Requirements (Chapter 173-184 WAC).
This includes the:
