| Description | የኢኮሎጂ ዲፓርትመንት (ኢኮሎጂ) በLower Duwamish Waterway ላይ ያለውን የSnopac የጽዳት ቦታን ከማጽዳት ጋር የተያያዙ በርካታ ሰነዶችን እንዲገመግሙ እና አስተያየት እንዲሰጡይጋብዝዎታል። የማስተካከያ ምርመራው (RI) እና የአዋጭነት ጥናቱ (FS) የተዘጋጀው በ5055 Properties LLC (5055 Properties) ከኢኮሎጂ ቁጥጥር ጋር በመሆን ነው። ማስተካከያ የሚያስፈልጋቸውቦታዎችን ይገልፃል፣ የተለያዩ የጽዳት እርምጃ አማራጮችን ይለያል እንዲሁም ይገመግማል፣ እናጽዳቱን ለማከናወን ያለውን ተመራጭ መንገድን ይለያል። በኢኮሎጂ እና ተጠያቂ ሊሆን በሚችል ሰው (Potentially Liable Person፣ PLP)፣ 5055 Properties፣ መካከል ያለው ህጋዊ ስምምነት (የተስማማው ትዕዛዝ) የተጠናቀቀው ጊዜያዊ እርምጃ እና RI/FS ለግምገማ እንዲገኝ እና በ RI/FS ግኝቶች ላይ የተመሰረተ ረቂቅ የጽዳት የእርምጃ እቅድ እንዲዘጋጅ ይጠይቃል። |
