Description The Washington Department of Ecology and the Northwest Clean Air Agency prepared this report showing that an area in Whatcom County has attained the 2010 National Ambient Air Quality Standard for sulfur dioxide. This report details Washington's request to EPA to:
• Find that the area is attaining the federal air quality standard for SO2.
• Redesignate this area to attainment.
• Approve a 1st 10-year air quality maintenance plan ensuring ongoing attainment.
