Description This technical document describes Ecology’s procedure for correlating raw data from Ecology’s SensWA sensors with Federal Equivalent Method (FEM) fine particulate matter (PM2.5) data in order to report estimated PM2.5 mass concentrations and the Air Quality Index to the public.
