Description Under House Bill 1216, the Department of Ecology shall consider and pursue development of consolidated applications and permits for clean energy projects and gather input on ideas for clean energy applications and permit consolidation from state agencies, Tribes, local government planning agencies, and federal government agencies. This report is a combination of the two reports required by House Bill 1216 and offers some preliminary recommendations for consolidating clean energy permit applications and permits. This report explores options and does not propose immediate changes to permit applications or permits.
