Description Critical data gaps for the Washington Marine Spatial Plan were assessed by experts from state and federal agencies, academic institutions, and organizations, and technical staff from coastal Tribes. General data gaps as well as those specific to offshore wind and aquaculture were reviewed. By compiling the expert feedback, this report provides an overview of current knowledge and serves as a resource to guide future research initiatives in ocean management.
