Description | Washington State plastics law, Chapter 70A.245 RCW, requires producers of many common single-use plastics to include a minimum percentage of recycled materials for plastic beverage containers, trash bags, and household cleaning and personal care product containers. This requirement was enacted to improve the state's recycling system, support post-consumer recycled material end markets, and take another step towards ensuring plastic packaging and other packaging materials are reduced, recycled, and reused. | ||||
