The document has written instructions and screenshots to guide local government to submit their Compost Procurement Ordinance (CPO) report through the state's SecureAccess Washington (SAW) platform. Cities and counties with a CPO are required to submit an annual report by March 31 starting in 2025. The first years’ report will include data from 2024 and is due March 31, 2025. |
