Description | In June 2023, Ecology adopted changes to Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 173-180, Facility Oil Handling Standards. These changes took effect in July 2023. This guidance is to assist Class 1 facilities in meeting these requirements and to make Ecology’s review and approval process more transparent. | ||||||
