Description In June 2023, Ecology adopted changes to Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 173-180, Facility Oil Handling Standards. These changes took effect in July 2023. This guidance is to assist Class 1 facilities in meeting these requirements and to make Ecology’s review and approval process more transparent.
The mission of the Department of Ecology is to protect, preserve, and enhance Washington’s environment. To help us meet that goal, please consider the environment before you print or request a copy.
