Description These instructions are specific to Washington state’s remedial action grant and loan solicitation for the 2025–27 biennium and Oversight Remedial Action Grants and Loans, Safe Drinking Water Action Grants, and Area-wide Groundwater Investigation Grants. The Toxics Cleanup Program (TCP) at the Washington State Dept. of Ecology (Ecology) offers remedial action grants and loans to local governments. The funding helps communities clean up contaminated sites and provide safe drinking water. Applicants must use Ecology’s Administration of Grants & Loans system (EAGL) to apply for the funding.
