Description The Washington State Department of Ecology invites comments on the Draft Agreed Order and Draft Interim Action Plan for the Weyerhaeuser Mill A site located at 3500 Terminal Avenue in Everett, Snohomish County, Washington.
We invite you to review and submit your comments to Ecology on the following draft documents:
Draft Agreed Order: This is a formal legal agreement between Ecology and the potentially liable party (PLP), the Port of Everett, for cleanup actions needed at the site.
Draft Interim Action Plan: This document describes work to divert stormwater drainage that needs to happen prior to site cleanup and is an exhibit to the draft Agreed Order.
