| Description | The Department of Ecology (Ecology) invites you to review an interim action work plan (early partial cleanup) and associated documents for the Dawn Food Products site (site) next to the Lower Duwamish Waterway. Bridge Point Seattle 130 LLC (Bridge Point) owns the site at 6901 Fox Avenue South in Seattle. Under a legal agreement with Ecology, Bridge Point is completing an early partial cleanup of the site by treating chlorinated volatile organic compounds and zinc in the groundwater at the site. We would like your input on the following documents: • Interim Action Work Plan: Plan for early partial cleanup actions to address contamination at the site. • State Environmental Policy Act-Determination of Non-Significance: Ecology determination that the cleanup work is not likely to harm the environment. |
