Description The Department of Ecology (Ecology) negotiated a legal agreement, called an Agreed Order, with 1608 S 96th St. LLC and the Desimone Trusts, the two currently identified Potentially Liable Persons (PLPs) for the Delta Marine Industries cleanup site located in the vicinity of 1608 S 96th Street and 1801 S 93rd Street in Seattle. The Agreed Order requires the PLPs to address contamination at the site. We would like your input on the following documents:
• Agreed Order: a legal document that requires 1608 96th St. LLC and the Desimone Trusts to investigate environmental conditions and complete a Remedial Investigation (RI), Feasibility Study (FS), and a draft Cleanup Action Plan (dCAP).
• Public Participation Plan: describes how Ecology will inform the community about site activities and ways to become involved.
