| Description | This report satisfies the requirements of RCW 90.16.050(1)(c) that directs Ecology to submit this biennial progress report to the appropriate committees of the Legislature to justify the appropriate use of water power license fees. RCW 90.16.050(1)(c) states that the Ecology must submit a progress report on December 31, 2009, and biennially thereafter. This report contains information about water use fee revenue collected and expenditures paid for FERC projects during the 2021-23 Biennium (July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2023). |
