The four funding programs are the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF), the Centennial Clean Water Program (Centennial), the Section 319 Program (Section 319), the Stormwater Financial Assistance Program (SFAP), the Sewer Overflow and Stormwater Reuse Municipal Grants Program (OSG), Stormwater Community-Based Public-Private Partnership Program (CBP3), Municipal Stormwater Grants of Regional or Statewide Significance (GROSS). | ||||
