| Description | Ecology is authorized by RCW 43.21A.230 to collect fees to cover the costs of implementing its laboratory accreditation program and by RCW 70A.540.130 to cover costs of implementing its landfill methane program. We are proposing to specify that fees from each of these programs be deposited into dedicated accounts so that funds collected are available to cover the costs of implementing the programs. |
