The purpose of this Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) is to evaluate the probable significant adverse environmental impacts of the Perma-Fix Northwest, Inc. proposal to renew its Dangerous Waste Regulations Permit for operation of its Mixed Waste Facility. This SEIS supplements the 1998 Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for Treatment of Low-Level Mixed Waste (1998 Final EIS) (City of Richland 1998). |
