| Description |
The Interagency Clean Energy Siting Coordinating Council (Council) prepared this report for the Washington State Legislature with updates on state and federal actions and recommendations to improve clean energy siting and permitting. Chapter 43.394 RCW established the 13-member council of state agencies, councils, offices, departments, and commissions to coordinate efficiently between agencies and support the clean energy transition in Washington state. This includes advancing clean energy development while protecting our environment and people and addressing the critical need for increased transmission capacity to support the growth of clean energy. |
