Author(s) Toxics Cleanup Program
Description BNSF Railway completed cleanup between 2008 and 2010. Contaminated soil was excavated and stockpiled. Samples were collected from the excavation to verify all contaminated soil was removed. The contaminated soil was covered with a protective cap. During the Site visit Ecology conducted on November 4, 2025, the soil cap appeared to be in satisfactory condition and continues to provide a barrier to residual contamination, which prevents direct human or animal contact. No additional cleanup actions are required by the property owner at this time.
