Description The City of Seattle, King County, and the Boeing Company, along with other potentially liable parties, have completed negotiations on an agreement for the cleanup of contaminated sediments in the Lower Duwamish Waterway Superfund Site with the Washington Department of Ecology and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
