Description The purpose of the proposed action is to provide $35.2 million in loan funding to Seattle Public Utilities to support the construction of a new pump station and related infrastructure that will transport combined sewage and rain runoff to the West Point Treatment Plant. This document is an environmental justice assessment, per RCW 70A.02.060, of the proposed action.
