Description | This handbook provides basic information about policies and protocols for acquiring real property with funding from the Washington State Department of Ecology’s Office of Chehalis Basin (OCB). Several OCB programs currently fund, or may fund in the future, fee simple and less-than-fee voluntary acquisitions in support of the Chehalis Basin Strategy’s habitat restoration/protection and flood damage reduction goals. Programs include Aquatic Species Restoration Program (ASRP), Community Flood Assistance & Resilience Program (CFAR), Multi-Benefit Acquisition Program (MAP), and the Erosion Management Program (EMP) | ||||
