The State Agency Emissions Reporting Program is a critical part of Washington State’s efforts to reduce climate pollution. This document includes instructions for completing Washington State Department of Ecology’s greenhouse gas emissions calculator and the Washington State Department of Commerce’s State Efficiency and Environmental Performance (SEEP) emissions reduction strategy web-form for calendar year 2024. This publication also includes instructions for uploading the emissions calculator to Secure Access WA, information on trainings, and contact information. |
