Ecology is updating the sell-through provision in WAC 173-443-065 and -075, which cover the sale of certain equipment. Ecology’s intent is to provide a limited sell-through period for equipment manufactured before those prohibition dates. This guidance will stay in place until Ecology finalizes and adopts the new rules. |
