Description These instructions provide information on applying to grants to help schools in Washington reduce toxic and greenhouse gas emissions from fossil fueled school buses by scrapping and replacing old buses with new zero emission buses. Grants are also available for the development and implementation of vocational training programs to support the maintenance and operation of zero emission equipment.
