This document contains federal and state guidelines for administration of the 2022 EPA State Diesel Emission Reduction Act (DERA) Grant Program. These guidelines apply to Ecology as the primary applicant for the grant and any sub-applicants requesting Ecology pass-funds for drayage vehicle replacements via an Ecology sub-grant. |
