| Description |
To further understand optimal methods for processing cookware samples for regulatory testing, this study focuses on metal skillets and frying pans used for heating food on a stove top or other heat source and offered for sale in Washington. We will use well-established EPA-validated determinative test methods instead of screening or leaching methods to develop processing methods to determine the presence of heavy metals in the products. |
