| Description | This document describes the criteria and process we used to evaluate product recognition programs for inclusion in the Ecology’s Safer Salon Partnership pilot in 2026. The Safer Salon Partnership encourages voluntary use of safer cosmetics — those that meet criteria beyond state and federal laws. Ecology reimburses salons for purchases of eligible products listed with recognition programs that meet our criteria. |
