Description This is an interim enforcement discretion policy that provides K-12 schools with the option to remove large quantity generator amounts of nicotine vape waste without impacting their generator category. The interim policy allows generating schools to consolidate nicotine vape waste to a consolidating school that will send the waste to a permitted facility for disposal.
