The Washington State Department of Ecology’s (Ecology) Water Quality Program (WQP) administers seven funding programs under the Water Quality Combined Funding Program (WQC) through an annual funding cycle. Ecology awards grants and loans on a competitive basis to eligible applicants for high-priority water quality projects throughout Washington state. |
