This Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) addresses the scope of the proposed 2026 geotechnical explorations (aka Phase II) at the Springwood Reservoir site to support the Upper Yakima System Multi-Benefit Water Storage (UYSS) Project using funds provided by the Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) Grant (Agreement No. WRYBIP-2527-KittRD-00089). The Phase II exploration is a continuation of the Phase I field exploration that was completed in 2025, which was limited based on available funding at the time. |
