This document provides guidance to supplement the principles and procedures set forth in the Chapter 70A.65.110 RCW and Chapter 173-446 WAC, and to explain with greater specificity the requirements for covered entities submitting requests for changes to the reduction schedule for EITE facilities under the Cap-and-Invest Program. |
